Dr. Hazard is a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, licensed acupuncturist, and herbalist. After earning a Bachelor’s in Psychology at the University of Santa Barbara, California she started her training in 1997 at the Santa Barbara College of Oriental Medicine. She attained her Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at SBCOM in Shiatsu, Chinese nutrition, Acupuncture, and Chinese Herbal therapy in 2004. In 2021 she attended the Five Branches University and acquired her Doctorate in Traditional Chinese Medicine with a focus on Integrative and Functional Medicine. Her passion for herbal therapy includes a lifelong study of native plant medicine, especially native plant essential oils.
